Terpsichore is a dance theatre company established to harness the existing talent of each dancer to achieve a new level of creative proficiency in each member and in the company as a whole. This organization gives students the opportunity to perform in productions while maintaining their studies; however, Terpsichore is comprised of dancers who are committed to improving their dancing and becoming more refined artists. Terpsichore works to display the importance of dance education and performance to the university and community.
TERPSICHORE MSU DTC SUMMER DANCE INTENSIVE
July 29th-August 3rd 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily
Dancers ages 8-20 will take ballet, modern, and conditioning classes with Terpsichore Co-presidents Kimberly Madsen and Rhea-Anna Donald. Each class will learn a short piece choreographed originally for them to be performed on Saturday, August 3rd. Cost $10 to cover the use of the Joe Frank Sanderson Center studios.
